Urban Pacific Homes & Development specializes in land development, custom home building, and whole-home remodeling in Silicon Valley. Urban Pacific homes are available for purchase prior to the start of construction or during the building process. We also work directly with homeowners to build a custom home or to complete a whole-home remodel. We build homes that showcase an updated interpretation of classic and timeless styles with interiors that have a sophisticated, modern aesthetic for Silicon Valley living.
Our outstanding relationships with past and current clients, as well as with architects, supply houses, and trade contractors, attest to the stability and integrity of our company. We pride ourselves in combining efficient management with expert craftsmanship on every residential construction project. Our finish carpentry crews are recognized for the quality of their work and their attention to detail—ensuring a fine outcome on every project. PRINCIPAL PARTNER
Managing partner Dustin Mannina brings over 20 years of experience in construction and property management. Serving as Vice President of Community Management Services, Dustin has gained an unrivaled knowledge of the HOA industry. Having overseen a team of 25+ HOA managers across more than 200 communities in the Bay Area consisting of over 10,000 units, Dustin has gained a detailed understanding of challenges facing Board Members and HOA Managers. Combined with experience managing residential and commercial construction projects, no one is better equipped to provide start-to-finish construction solutions for planned developments.

Tom Wilson
PRINCIPAL PARTNER
Thomas J Wilson, General Contractor, B-867988, Concrete Contractor C8-867988, President of Urban Pacific Construction, Inc. (formally Wilson Construction Group Inc), Founder and Managing Member of Urban Pacific Homes, LLC, has over 25 years in the residential and commercial construction industry.
Thomas began his career sweeping floors; Was hired as the youngest Superintendent by KB Homes Northern California to manage a 77-unit subdivision; Worked for Webcor Buildersbuilding a 27-story high-rise condominium building; Received a Bachelors degree from Arizona State University.

Steve Yodz
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Aside from experience building partnerships with clients across a variety of industries and an MBA from Santa Clara University, Steve also provides extensive knowledge of the HOA industry learned through direct experience managing communities of all types. From gated communities of over 1,000 units down to smaller communities of only a few units, Steve understands the unique challenges that HOA managers and Board members face, and he is prepared to offer detailed, custom solutions for your community.
